I understand there are a lot of options for buying eyewear out there; so if given the opportunity to serve you at The Eye Bar I promise to use all my knowledge, skills, and resources to give you both service and glasses that far exceed your expectations. If we fail to do so we will gladly refund your money.

Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear there are costs incurred when making glasses that cannot be recovered. For this reason, I ask that if any problems where to arise with your eyewear you let us know as soon as you can and allow us the opportunity to remedy the problem for you.

In an effort to work within the “normal” warranty periods for most manufacturers; we ask that you bring any problems to our attention within the first 30 days of receiving your eyeglasses. This allows The Eye Bar to remake your glasses within the first 90 days…one time at no expense to you…for any change in your prescription, material, product, or measurements. Any mistake on behalf of The Eye Bar to not fill your prescription accurately will always be remedied at no expense to you.

Beyond this promise we also extend all manufacturer warranties for scratches or defects in lenses as well as manufacturer warranties on frames. While the exact length of these warranties varies from brand to brand, all frame lines at The Eye Bar will have a minimum 1 year warranty for manufacturer’s defects unless otherwise stated and all lenses will have a minimum of a 1 year limited warranty for scratches or defects unless otherwise stated. Several of our brands have warranties that far exceed these minimums.
